What never goes to an AI model
- A daily health check-in answer, or what a sick report says.
- Your card or billing details.
- A person's name from your team list (Ask removes known names before a question leaves).

How to use an AI answer
- Check it. An AI answer or reading can be wrong, and we have not measured how often.
- Exact limits (keep times, thaw times, sanitizer strengths, cooking temperatures) come from our own rules with their source, not from a model.
- Doubtful cells from a paper scan wait for a person. Nothing from a set-up photo is added until you tap.
- Your health department decides how the rules apply to you. Follow it when the app and the department differ.
- AI never names or blames a person on your team.
