For your shop
What your shop gets now, newest first.
Each line is one more thing the app does for you. A machine it shows your team how to clean. A supply one tap away. A fridge or fire record the inspector asks for.
New for your shop
New this week:
your team can clean every machine, and buy what ran out in one tap.
The app shows your team how to clean every machine, step by step with pictures. It names the cleaner the maker says to use and finds it on Amazon in one tap. It keeps the fridge, water, ice and fire records an inspector asks for, with who did them and when. Each line below is one thing you can open on the sample cafe today. Pick a button: everything, new for my shop, works better, or fixed.
One tap to buy, the maker's cleaner for your machine, and the records an inspector asks for
- NewEvery guide starts with What you'll need, each thing as a picture. Each step shows the one supply it uses, and I'm out puts it on the order list without losing your place.
- NewOne tap to the right thing on Amazon from any step or list that names a supply. A manager can set your own product and link for any job, and the app says Not verified if it falls short of the rule.
- NewTell the app the brand and model of your espresso machine, grinder, ice machine, oven or fryer. The guide names the cleaner the maker says to use, shows the maker's own words, and finds it in one tap.
- NewSay what a counter, floor or cooktop is made of, or its brand, and the guide names the right cleaner for it. Sanitizing always stays first.
- BetterEvery buy link opens Amazon straight away, the sample cafe's reorder too. A supplier link you saved is kept as you typed it.
- BetterOn the phone, tap a supply's name and it opens on Amazon. I'm out and Running low have their own button beside it.
- BetterEvery item an equipment guide asks for has its buy link right at the step.
- New39 more machines and fixtures in the Things library, each with sourced steps, picked for your kind of place.
- FixedThe step player fits one phone screen, and Done, next stays in the same place on every step.
- NewAn audit trail you can read: who saved, fixed or downloaded what, and when, newest first. Each binder PDF carries a fingerprint, so you can prove a PDF is the one you printed.
- BetterEach record carries one name per person, and anyone can add a note, a photo or a done-wrong mark to it.
- NewSigns and forms you need: what your Utah place must post or keep, worked out from your county, kind of place and menu. Print ours in English and Spanish, then tap Posted.
- NewRecall notice? Type the product and the app looks through your own receiving records. Then pull and hold it, with who and when.
- NewCut or burn: care for the hand first, then one question about food, then one injury record with who and when.
- FixedThe injury report shows Utah's own reporting rule and phone number (UOSH, within 8 hours), not the federal line.
- NewSpecial processes: one card asks whether you do any of them, like vacuum packing or curing meat. A yes says to call your health department first, with your county's phone number.
- NewFire safety: one tap checks the extinguisher tag and the alarm, with who and when. An expired tag gets the one fix. If a fire starts, the report puts people first.
- NewWater supply: the backflow test on record (who tested, the day, passed or failed, next due) and a Report water out button.
- NewWater temperatures: one tap checks the hand sink and the dish machine's final rinse, with who and when.
- NewIce: scoop out of the ice, machine cleaned, where the ice comes from, in one tap.
- NewProduce: one tap says the produce was washed, with who and when. The binder warns when a week goes by without one.
- NewReady to work: hair covered, rings off (a plain band can stay), nails short, clean apron. One tap at the start of the shift.
- NewDry storage: one tap checks the storage room: food off the floor, nothing under drips, covered, oldest first.
- NewFood on the road: probe the hot or cold food when it is loaded and when it arrives. An off reading gets its fix.
- NewRaw or undercooked on request: one tap per dish, with the exact words to add to your menu. Stricter where you serve people at high risk.
- NewAt prep, one tap records that the surface was cleaned between raw meat and ready-to-eat food.
- NewFridge order: one tap records that the shelves are in the right order, raw meat at the bottom, with who and when.
- NewEach chemical has a slot for its safety sheet and a tap that says it is kept below food.
- NewBare hands and ready-to-eat food: the prompt comes in the moment, and the record is one tap.
- NewAllergens: one-glance chips on each dish, a one-tap allergy order and the label line. Turn on a menu your customers can read.
- NewStart cooling sets the 2-hour and 6-hour timers, and the cooling log is a base check wherever food is cooked.
- NewBrowser alerts when a fridge reading, a report or a hand-off is due, once each person says yes when the app asks. Phone app alerts wait for the store build.
- NewHow long is it good for? Pastries, milk, cold brew, cut fruit and ten more foods. Each one quotes the Food Code rule word for word, and the finder forgives typos.
- NewWhy the rules: why the Food Code says 41°F, 135°F and 165°F, with seven pictures you can play with.
- NewPlanning checklists ask for an email, and the follow-up carries 10% off the first month. The guides for a sick worker, a cut or a cleanup stay a plain download.
- BetterLibrary guides: the start of each one is free to read. The rest opens with an email or a trial.
- BetterA cleaner look: no stripes, a new cleaver mark, and a sparkle when a check lands.
- BetterPlain words on every tab and button. Plan and billing and People sit first in More.
- BetterEvery page of the site reads in plain words, and the home and coffee pages lead with cleaning every machine step by step.
- BetterPricing shows the optional $6 AI photo add-on, and the paper-log page says what photo reading does today.
- BetterThe home score is explained in plain words: what moves it up and down, and that there are no streaks.
- FixedThe home page's filled button says what is true there: free while we test.
- BetterThe sample cafe asks you to start a trial only after a feature has shown its value. It no longer pretends you have an account.
- NewSearch engines and AI assistants get a plain index of the site and the free guides.
Rooms, supplies and team activity

- BetterEasy steps let you answer right in the step, then show a filled-in log form with a glowing Log it button.
- NewSee your supplies, your team's activity and each area of your place as OK, due, late or needs a fix.
- NewClean the whole place with a safety check first, a room order, room assignments and a Ready to open status.
- NewCheck a room from start to finish, for businesses and homes: what is in it, inspect, plan, do, clear.

- NewAsk gives thaw, refreeze and keep-time answers for common foods, leading with the fastest safe way to thaw.

- NewAsk now answers the same way on the web, in the demo and on the phone.
- FixedCheck wording no longer triggers the wrong help.

What is not in the list yet?
Not built yet,
so not listed.
- Alerts in the phone app. Browser alerts work once you say yes when the app asks.
- Texts to your staff.
- Sensors that read temperatures.
- A way to download everything a business has stored.

Open the app and it shows what needs you. This page keeps the record. See all features and what is not promised yet.

Questions
Before you
start.
Where does this list come from?
From the app's own change history. Each line is one change you would notice, with the day it landed.
What do the buttons do?
Everything shows every line. New for my shop shows things you could not do before. Works better shows things that got easier or clearer. Fixed shows what was wrong and is now right.
What about changes you do not list?
Behind-the-scenes changes, like tests, notes and tools, are counted but not listed.
Will you tell me when something changes?
Not by text. Open the app and it shows what is new to you. This page keeps the record.
Where can I see a change working?
Open the sample. It runs the real screens on sample data.
Your binder is ready when the inspector is.
