Moving around
How do I get from
one place to the next?
Tap once. The screen you land on says which place you are in.
When a business has more than one location, a Location menu shows at the top of the app. Pick a place and everything under it, Today, the logs, the checks, is that place.
Your own businesses live in a second list. It says Your businesses and your home. Tap one to open it.
Each row shows your role in that business.
A separate business is its own workspace. It does not share people, records or a plan with another one.

list. It shows one line first, such as how many places need you. Then it lists each place with its status: Needs a fix, Late, Never checked, Due soon, or OK. Each row has an Open it
button.
It is a status list. It is not a combined report of your records.

Each location keeps its own logs, checks and people at work.
The binder is one PDF for one location. Its cover has that place's address and permit. A manager or owner makes it, and each export is logged.
Inspectors visit one location at a time, so each place hands over its own.

People and roles
Who can do what,
and where?
You choose where each person works.
Roles are Owner, Admin, Manager and Staff, plus a person-in-charge flag. Only an owner can add a co-owner.
On each person, set Where they work
. Someone limited to one place cannot open the others, even by typing the address.
One person counts once per business, at their main location. Adding them to a second location costs nothing more.

The price
What does this
add up to?
Each location is priced on its own, by the people counted there.
- Solo (1 to 2 people): $8 a month
- Small (3 to 6): $24
- Team (7 to 12): $40
- Kitchen (13 or more): $69
- A church or community building: $19 a month, with any number of volunteers
The $19 price is for church and community buildings only. A business location in a church is still priced by its people.
Example: two shops, one with 5 people and one with 2. One place is $24 a month and the other is $8 a month.
Settings lists every location, its price and one total. Every feature is in every plan. A shop tablet is set up for one location.

is not there?
Here is the plain list.
- No one view of records across all locations.
- No one binder for all of them.
- No one Insights page for all of them. Insights follows the location you are in.
- No single sign-on.
- No one bill for all of them. Each business has its own card and invoices page.
- No separate enterprise plan.

Can I run more than one location with one login?
Yes. Add each place in Settings under Locations, then use the Location menu at the top of the app to switch. Only an admin or owner can add one.
Do I get one binder for all my locations?
No. The binder is one PDF for one location, so each place hands over its own. Only a manager or owner can make it.
What does a second location cost?
Each location is priced by the people counted there: Solo (1 to 2) $8, Small (3 to 6) $24, Team (7 to 12) $40, Kitchen (13 or more) $69 a month. A person counts once per business, so adding someone to a second location costs nothing more.
We are a church with several buildings. What do we pay?

Can I see all my locations at once?
You can see a status list: each location's status and a button to open it. It is for managers and owners. There is no combined report, no combined Insights and no single binder.
Do you have single sign-on, or an enterprise plan?
