Cookies

Cookies and browser storage.

Every small file we keep in your browser, why, and how to change your choice. Effective October 8, 2026.

The short version

Nothing extra
without your yes.

No ads. No selling. Only what the site needs runs until you choose.

When you first visit, a banner offers three choices of equal weight: Accept all, Reject non-essential and Choose. Nothing is ticked for you, and until you answer only necessary storage runs. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we treat it as Reject non-essential.

Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page sends nothing to Google or any other company.

Anonymous counts need no cookie. We count page views, taps and time on page with nothing stored on or read from your device: no cookie, no id, no address kept. A visit from another site counts that site's domain only, never the page address or a search. Our server only adds up numbers. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track stop even that. Analytics below is different: it links your visits, and runs only with your yes.

Your choice

Change
your choice.

The same link is at the bottom of every page. We keep your choice in your browser with its date and version, and log it on our server with a random id (never your address), so we can show what you agreed to. When the list below changes, we ask again.

Necessary

Necessary:
always on.

Sign-in, security, your saved work while offline, the free-guide limit, and this choice. Always on.
