Your results, searchable by restaurant name, with your scale explained in plain words, what's typical in your county, the inspection date and a link to your official record on every result.   2. Complaint intake that forwards to you. A diner who feels sick or sees something unclean gets your complaint form and phone number, with their report filled in to paste. We forward; we never replace your channel. In development.
  3. Signals from clusters, not single reports. Several reports about one place, from separate households, grouped so your team can see them. One report is never a finding. In development.

Our principles

The rules we
hold ourselves to.

  • Every restaurant is treated the same, whether or not it pays us. A report about a non-customer goes to you exactly like one about a customer.
  • We forward, never replace. Your complaint form and your official record come first on every page.
  • We are not official. We never put anything on or near your grade card, and we never call our results yours.
  • Privacy first. We keep as little as we can, for as short as we can, and we never show a restaurant who reported it.
  • Inspectors are allies. We never claim to be stricter than you, and we never rank restaurants against each other.
