Do all plans get all features?
Yes. Plans differ only by how many people are on your team, and by price. The one add-on is AI photo reading, $6 per person.
Do I need special equipment?
No. You type a reading or say it on your phone.
Will it send my staff alerts?
Yes. In a browser, once they say yes when the app asks; by email for people who choose it, once our email service is on; on the iPhone app once phone reminders are turned on. Texts will go through our sister app Hit Em Up when it ships. Each person can turn each one off in Profile. Everything also shows when someone opens the app.
Does it know the Utah rules?
Every check names its rule from the Utah-adopted 2022 FDA Food Code (Utah Rule R392-100) or Utah Code. It cites the sections it uses. It is not the full Food Code and it is not legal advice.
