Water heater is not operating and no hot water was observed in facility. Per employee, repair person has been notified and meeting to obtain funds for a new water heater will be held tonight. You MUST obtain approval from the Health Department for the unit prior to replacement. Submit specification sheets and floor plan showing all water fixtures in facility to [email] for review prior to making purchase. Kitchen in facility must close and remain closed until hot water (120F) has been restored and Health Department has been called for inspection and given approval to re-open. Red placard was issued today.
