How do I check a room, one question at a time?

1. Open Rooms from the Today screen. Find the room.
2. Tap Check this room. If you stopped halfway, it says Keep going.
3. Answer each question with Yes or No. Tap Skip this one if you cannot look now.
4. Read the plan. Tap Start fixing.
5. Do one step at a time. Tap Done, next after each.
6. Stuck? Tap Can't do it now and say why.
7. At the end the room reads clear. Tap Back to rooms.

Each question has a big picture and a short line. A line under it says why it is on the list. The plan lists what needs fixing in a sensible order, top to bottom. Tap Show more about this step for the full line and where it comes from.

If you tapped the wrong button, tap Undo that within 10 seconds.

When you tap Can't do it now, the app asks Why can't you do it now? Pick No supplies, No time now, Needs a repair or Something else.

A finished room shows a clear stamp with the time and your name. If something is left, it says Not clear yet and lists each item. Tap Check it now or Try it now to go back to it. After a clear you can tap See it in today's records. The clear also goes in the inspection binder.

If it does not look like this

• Want to change what is in the room? Tap See what's in this room. A manager can use Change what's in this room. Back to the usual list undoes it.
• Want to start over? Tap Check again from the top.
• Whole place at once? Use Clean the whole place. It starts with three safety questions.

• A check picks up where you left off for 12 hours, on any phone or tablet on the team.
• The minutes on the plan are a rough guide, not a stopwatch. The room board that puts rooms in order starts to know your busy times after three weeks of records.
• Nothing is sent to anyone. A room shows as clear when you open the app.
