How do I download the inspection binder?

1. Tap More. Tap Inspection binder: one PDF, the way an inspector reads it.
2. Look at From and To. They start at the last 90 days, or the day you set up if that is later.
3. Change either date if you need a different range.
4. Tap Download inspection binder. The button reads Building the binder while it works.
5. Wait for Binder ready. Check your downloads. Open the PDF from your downloads.

Only managers and owners can open Prove.

The screen says what goes in: A Food Code index with page numbers, then logs with their fixes, check-in outcomes (never anyone's answers), permits, signed forms, reports and cleaning sign-offs. The PDF has a summary page. Readings that were out of limit come first, with what was done. Room checks that were cleared are in it too.

Below the button, Proof on file for each rule lists what you have and links to where to fix a gap. In your first days it says You just started, so these aren't misses. Each one below says where to start it.

A record you marked Not done after all stays in the binder, struck through, with who, when and why. See Fix a mistake in a record.

If it does not look like this

• You see The end date must be after the start date.? Move the To date later.
• A card box asks you to add a card first? It says Your binder is ready to download. Tap Not now to go on to the download.
• No PDF in your downloads? Check your phone's downloads folder, then try again.

• The binder is an ordinary PDF. Nobody signs it or stamps it.
• For lessons and rules, it shows counts such as how many of the signatures a worker has done. It does not print the signatures.
• Check-in results show only if a person was OK to work. Nobody's answers are in it.
• It shows only what was recorded. The app does not fill in a check nobody did.
