Who can see what in CleanCleaver?

Four access levels, plus a person in charge flag for a shift lead.

The four levels

Each level
adds a little.

What each access level can open

Steps

Pick a role
when you add someone.

  1. Open More, then People: your team, invites, roles, and how to reach them. Tap Add someone.
  2. Type the name. Tap Next step.
  3. Pick the job: Worker (makes or serves food), Lead (runs a shift when you're out), Volunteer (helps at one event), Manager (hires and trains the team) or Co-owner (runs the business with you).

You only see the jobs your own level can give. A manager can add workers, leads and volunteers. An admin can also add managers. Only an owner can add a co-owner.

Put a shift lead in charge

  1. Open Today. Find On shift.
  2. Tap Put in charge next to the person.
  3. Their row now says person in charge.

Rules that
hold.

If it does not look like this

  • You see a message that says your role can't do this? Ask your owner. The button is hidden, and typing the address does not get around it.
  • A page is missing from your tabs? It is for a higher level.

Good to know

  • Person in charge is a flag on a person. It is not a fifth level.
  • Each business's records are kept apart from every other business.
  • A home workspace has no roles.
