How do I add my team?

You need to be a manager, admin or owner. Open More, then People: your team, invites, roles, and how to reach them.

1. Tap Add someone. On a new team, tap Add your first person.
2. Type their name under What's their name? Tap Next step.
3. Pick what they do: Worker, Lead or Volunteer. Managers and co-owners need an admin or owner.
4. For a volunteer, pick the day under What day is the event?
5. Pick how to reach them: Email, Text, Show a QR code or They don't have a phone.
6. For email or text, type the address or number. Tap Make the invite.
7. Send it. You can also tap Copy the message and paste it anywhere.

What your new person does

1. Opens the link, or scans the QR code with their camera.
2. Or opens the app and types the code under Type your join code.
3. Taps Join the team.

You get a message ready to send, a 6-character join code, and how long the invite lasts. Under the text box you see Your phone sends the text. We don't. Your own phone opens with the message filled in. You tap send there.

Have a list? Tap Add many at once. Under Paste your list, put one person per line. Tap Check the list, fix any line marked as a problem, then invite everyone who Looks right.

If it does not look like this

• No Add someone button? Only managers, admins and owners can add people.
• The code does not work? Sending an invite again makes a new code, and the old one stops working. The invite works for 14 days.
• A worker has no phone? Pick They don't have a phone and see Set up a shop tablet.

• CleanCleaver does not send the text or the email. Your phone or mail app sends it.
• Admins and owners see what the price becomes when a person joins. See pricing.
• Each person gets a role. Read Roles: who sees what.
