How do I do the daily checks?

1. Tap Do at the bottom of the screen.
2. Read The checks due now. Tap to finish each one.
3. Start with the list called Now. The list called Next is what is coming.
4. Tap a check. A sheet opens with how to do it, and a short form.
5. Fill in the form. Numbers use the number pad on the screen.
6. Tap the Save button at the bottom. Its words match the check, like Save fridge temps.

Each saved check leaves the list. When all are done, you see Every check for today is done. Thank you.

Need to log something that is not on the list? Use Log something else. It opens any of your place's log forms. A section called Food temperatures lists cook and hold checks for items on your menu.

If it does not look like this

• You see Check in first? Tap Start my check-in. Staff must check in before food checks.
• You see Finish your lessons first? Tap the button, finish them, then come back. You can still report a problem.
• A check is missing? Your hours, permit and logging level decide what is due. An owner can see them in Settings.
• Out of range? See Log a temperature.

• The list shows when you open the app. In a browser, a due check can also reach you as an alert once you say yes when the app asks.
• A late log is saved at the real time you make it. It is never backdated.
• Saying it is faster than typing. See Say it instead of typing.
