How do I share a guide link with a fill-in?

1. Tap More. Tap Equipment: fridges, thermometers and machines, and how to use each.
2. Tap Visitor guide.
3. Find Share a guide link. Under Works for, pick how many days.
4. If you like, type a name in Who it's for (optional).
5. Tap Make a link.
6. Under Your link (shown once), tap Copy. You see Copied.
7. Paste the link into your own text or email and send it.

Only managers and owners can make a link.

The card says A new hire or fill-in opens it with no account. and It only shows steps and settings: no names, no records. It stops working when you say. The person who opens the link sees your place's name and how things work there. They cannot sign in from it.

Turn a link off

1. Open the same Visitor guide screen.
2. Find the link in the list. Tap Turn off.
3. You see Link turned off.

If it does not look like this

• You copied the link but lost it? It is shown once. Make a new one and turn the old one off.
• The person sees This link doesn't work? The link ran out or you turned it off. Make a new one.
• The list shows how many times each link was opened.

• Anyone who has a live link can read the guide until it runs out. Links last 1 to 30 days, or until you turn them off. Send it only to people you trust.
• The guide shows steps and settings. It shows no names, times, records, health answers or photos.
• The link is read-only. There is no QR code for it. You copy the link and send it yourself. CleanCleaver does not send it.
